Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your 1Herbs purchase. If you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition Required for a Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Because our products are ingestible supplements, we're not able to accept opened or used bottles for a refund — this is standard practice across the supplement industry and helps us guarantee the safety and integrity of every product we sell.

If your bottle has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Exceptions: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, this doesn't apply — contact us and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at Crystal@1Herbs.com or 1-877-220-4719 with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Crystal@1Herbs.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), in which case we will cover return shipping.
